Terms of sale
Last revised: 28 October 2026
What you and we agree to when you order: who sells, when the contract starts, what you pay, and what happens if something goes wrong.
In short
- You buy from WHATECH MOBILE CO., LIMITED, trading as BRICONOOK. The same company built this website and runs it, and places its advertising and Google Ads campaigns.
- Sending the order form is an offer to buy: the contract exists once we confirm it with you by phone, or at the latest when we dispatch.
- Prices include VAT where it applies and delivery is free. You pay in cash when the parcel arrives, and only then.
- You can cancel at no cost on the confirmation call, refuse the parcel, or withdraw within 14 days of delivery.

This company built this website and runs it, places its advertising and its Google Ads campaigns and holds the accounts for them, and it buys, sells, ships, guarantees and collects payment for every product.
We sell to consumers aged 18 or over who order for private use, and we deliver to Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia and Spain. Each product page lists the countries where that product can be delivered. We may decline orders that appear to be for resale.
02 How an order becomes a contract
- The product pages are an invitation to order, not a binding offer from us.
- On the product page you fill in the order form. Before you press the order button you see the product, the gifts and the total, and you can correct anything.
- Pressing the button sends us your offer to buy, with an obligation to pay on delivery. The confirmation screen with your order reference tells you it arrived; it is not yet our acceptance.
- We call you to check the order: the contract is concluded when we confirm it together on that call. If a parcel is dispatched without a call, the contract is concluded on dispatch.
Until then either side may drop the order at no cost. We may decline it, for example if a product has sold out, the address cannot be served, a price is plainly wrong, or we cannot reach you after three attempts over three working days.
The contract is concluded in the language of the page you ordered from. You can ask us at any time for a copy of your order and of the terms in force on the day you ordered.
03 Prices
Prices are shown in euro, or in your local currency where the order form shows it, and include VAT where the sale attracts it. Delivery is free, so the total on the order form is what you pay the courier, with nothing added.
The price that applies is the one shown when you ordered, even if it changes afterwards. If a price is wrong by an obvious mistake, we tell you the right price on the call and you decide whether to go ahead.
When a price is shown struck through, it is the lowest price we applied to that product in the 30 days before the reduction, as EU law requires (Article 6a of Directive 98/6/EC).
04 Payment
Payment is by cash on delivery only. You pay the courier the total when the parcel is handed over. We take no payment through this website, hold no card details and never ask for money in advance. The goods become yours when you pay.
05 Delivery
We hand confirmed orders to the courier within 1–2 working days. Transit then usually takes 3–7 working days, depending on the country. Our call centre gives you the tracking details on the confirmation call, or whenever you ask. If a parcel has not reached you within 30 days of the confirmation call, you may cancel the order by writing to us and owe nothing.
The risk of loss or damage passes to you when you, or a person you named, take possession of the parcel. If a parcel is refused or not collected, it returns to us and the order is cancelled at no charge; after repeated uncollected parcels we may decline further orders to the same address and phone number.
06 Your right to change your mind
You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason (Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights). Just write to returns@briconook.com with your order reference, or use the model form on the page “Returns and refunds”.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We refund what you paid by bank transfer within 14 days of your notice, and may hold the refund until the goods or proof of posting reach us. You are liable only for loss of value caused by handling the goods beyond what is needed to see what they are and how they work.
07 Guarantee and faulty goods
Every product carries the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity from delivery (Directive (EU) 2019/771), or the longer period your national law provides. If a product is faulty, you are entitled to free repair or replacement and, where the law allows, to a price reduction or a refund. Write to support@briconook.com, with a photo if you can.
Damage caused by use against the instructions is not a lack of conformity. Product photos are as accurate as we can make them: small differences in shade between a screen and the real item are not a fault.
08 What we are liable for
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer, or our liability where the law does not allow it, such as for personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or for defective products. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as strikes or extreme weather: if that happens we tell you, and you may cancel at no cost.
09 Using this website
This website was built and is run by WHATECH MOBILE CO., LIMITED. Its texts, photos and design belong to it or to those who licensed them to it. You may use the site to browse and order; please do not copy it or try to interfere with it.
10 Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the country where you live, including its mandatory consumer-protection rules. You may bring a claim before the courts of the country where you live.
We prefer to settle things directly: write to support@briconook.com and a person will answer. You remain free to ask the consumer organisation or consumer authority in your country for help, or to use an out-of-court dispute resolution body.
11 Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published on the day you placed it. If part of these terms is found invalid, the rest continues to apply.
