Returns and refunds

You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind, without giving a reason. Here is how to send a product back and get your money back.
In short
- Write to returns@briconook.com within 14 days of delivery, with your order reference.
- We explain how to send the product back. The cost of sending it back is yours.
- We refund you by bank transfer within 14 days of your notice.
01 How to do it
- Write to returns@briconook.com with your order reference (it starts with BK-) and tell us you want to return the product. You can use the model form below, but you do not have to.
- We reply with instructions for sending it back, in its packaging.
- We refund what you paid by bank transfer within 14 days of your notice. We may wait until the product, or proof that you posted it, reaches us.
You are liable only for loss of value caused by handling the product beyond what is needed to see what it is and how it works. All the details are in the terms of sale.

03 If the product is faulty
A faulty product is not a return: it is covered by the 2-year legal guarantee, at no cost to you. Write to support@briconook.com and explain the problem, with a photo if you can: we repair or replace it.
